SANTA CLARA, CA July 10, 2019 MRAM Developer Day attendees will learn how MRAM delivers high performance for AI/ML from model building through training and execution. The event features keynotes by senior executives from Everspin, Tokyo Electron, and Applied Materials. Session presenters will detail how MRAM serves as a high-speed cache, dramatically accelerating throughput, and eliminating the network performance roadblock due to data overload. This higher tier of caching allows storage systems to support tens of NVMe drives, as compared to just a few using a conventional architecture. Presenters will also share insight on the use of MRAM for buffers, accelerators, embedded systems, and IoT. Other major sessions include an annual update, market overview, and a closing panel on MRAM in 2025. MRAM Developer Day is co-located with Flash Memory Summit on Monday, August 5 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.

Storage and system designers can gain a competitive career advantage by expanding their skill portfolio to include MRAM. It is a serious contender in rapidly emerging AI/ML applications in multiple markets.

According to Barry Hoberman, MRAM Developer Day Conference Chairperson, MRAM is already playing a role in high-speed storage and in AI/ML applications. Recent advances in technology, availability, and support have made MRAM viable in IoT/5G systems, high-performance computing, cybersecurity, and content delivery networks. Market research projects a billion-dollar MRAM market within just a few years.
